Ok, I haven't seen a thread like this before so I'm starting one.

It's a simple idea that i have found to be succesful on other sites; you simply say what has made you smile today.

I started watching old Kenan and Kel episodes again, I haven't watched those since I was little

Ahh...red shows so beautifully on my skin.

I just finished making enough custom, wrap-around molding to cover the edges of the front of my new tool cabinet. They're perfectly fitted and sanded. Now all I have to do is wipe the last of the sawdust off, dye them black and (when dry) pin them in place. Tomorrow I'll give them and the doors two more coats of lacquer and then I can get started on the rest of it. Most satisfying.

Nice VM, we could certainly use a bear with your skills around here! What made me smile today was a Christmas gift. It got here late but no matter. Number two son was enthralled with the watch he got from auntie. Absolutely adored watching his reaction, it was a fun watch and he really, really liked it. Have to get him in touch, I suggested a "thank you" note but he wants to send her a text. What do y'all think? I would really like for him to send her a real note on a piece of paper delivered by usps.
