What feeds your soul?

eh. nothing special.

you didn't answer my question though.

What are we playing? It's too hot to play outside.

And I tend to cry if I don't get to win. ;)

of course, this doesn't have any affect on your winning. Does it? ;)
no... i just took down $40 actually.

btw... the latest interpretation of that bill is that, since these poker sites and the money x-fer companies are all off-shore, they wouldn't be affected. it's only american companies and unless there's a bill prohibiting banks from transfering money to offshore companies, there'll be no change in this industry.

My incredibly generous, selfless and supportive spouse feeds my soul. How did I get so damn lucky?

I think the question is....

How did HE get so lucky?

Long time no see SE. How have you been?

A good talk with my nephew today :)

He is going into his Senior year of high school, was elected Sr. Class President and is a football STUD! I am so very proud of the incredible young man he has become.

What really feeds my soul is that, even as totally chaotic as my career is, I love my job. There is not a day that starts that I actually dread going to work...my nephew knows this and he told me today what he told me a few years ago. He wants to do what I do. I even tried to talk him out of it; to make sure HE wants to do it and that he isn't doing it to apease other people. He assured me today that he really wants to do it.

I couldn't be prouder of that 17 year old boy than I am today. I  him so!

apparently i have to get up at 4am next saturday to go fishing. that's only about 2 hours after my bedtime. if my friend didn't live right next to the bay, i can only imagine how early we'd be getting up.

but... at least it'll be a day on the water... and what feeds the soul more than that?
