When someone tells you if you leave don't bother coming back but you still have thoughts of leaving what should you do?

My thoughts are "if you leave, take your shit and get. I don't have time for games, either stay and work it out or leave"

So you either want to work it out (stay) or you don't (leave)

Thanks Freakygurl Maybe it is time to as they say "put up or shut up" I have this fear of looking like an asshole but maybe I need to stop being afraid of things that don't matter to me. I need to stop being afraid of consequences that eventually I will have to face.
