Partially because I have asthma and I hate that feeling of not being able to get a full breath. This is not something I would enjoy. It would probably end in a panic attack or a punch in the face for the guy. Possibly both.

If both parties are into it, go for it. But confirm the other person's into it before you try that for everyone's safety and well being, both physical and emotional.
