I'm new here, but another post made me think of how naming things around you that you sense can make feel relaxed and maybe even in the mood.

Soooooo...

Name something you:
See
Hear
Feel
Taste and
Smell.

I'll start

I see a palm tree
I hear a song playing
I feel the wind and the sun
I taste that donut I just ate
I smell the freshness of the outdoors

Now I feel good..:)
