Rain in the summer has been very rare the last few years here, so I'm missing this too.

I like seeing what I saw today-a group of elderly ladies standing by the side of the road in the early morning with their suitcases knowing that they're waiting to be picked up by a coach taking them on their hols to somewhere I hope is exciting and fun!!

I like seeing people who are retired actually get out and do something, instead of staying at home vegetating.
