If so, do a search on circumsized or circumcision. (Especially here in the How To board, and prolly even in the Gen board.) There have been MANY answers on this question in the past.
As for me, personally, though I have only ever seen two uncut penises in person in the past, I would have to say that I do "prefer" them. There is something about an intact penis that I just find so sexy!
