When you're feeling mean and hateful, yet not wanting to spew it all over innocent bystanders?

Breathe very deeply.... listen to some soft music and take a time-out

Think of someone in a situation worse than myself, it's so far thank god never been difficult.

Find the guilty bystanders? :D

Do something constructive that requires active concentration. It takes my mind off stuff until I can calm down.

I am generally pretty good at directing my anger, even my frustration, in the proper direction, but this one has me flumoxed. It's my own damn fault, I just don't like to have people who are not at fault in the line of fire...

When I'm feeling mean and hateful (ie, most of the time) I couldn't care less about collateral damage. In fact, the more the better.

I don't think fits of temper ever do anything but make the person practicing them look less, and dull.

I generally reason out why I feel the way I do, what is the worst t hing that can happen, the best, and settle it in my head and heart.

I try to understand that God has created a perfect world with imperfect people. How boring life would be if we were all normal. Then, I try to tell people off as politely as possible. The less words...the more effective.
