Nice! I nearly bought one of those hoops the other week, then talked myself out of it. I couldn't decide which size would be best for me, and then thought, sheesh, you have been managing without for 40 years, spend the cash on thread and material. I haven't taken pics of my embroidery....will have to remedy that soon. Here are some of my knitting though...

Well, my very dorky hobby is that I am a scale modeler.

Very cool....I have wanted to do scale modeling for a long time but something always gets in the way...maybe I need to do it before my eyesight disappears any further.

I don't even own a camera

I garden. I have veggies and I'm trying to develop the landscape for our home that we purchased in March. It was a rental for 10 years, so landscaping had been neglected. It's going to take a couple of years at least to get things in shape. Also, this old house is a work in progress. There are things that need to be done, so home and garden stuff is the only hobby I have time for. Of course, all that is in addition to doting on T and taking care of Jack the mutant dog.

I do have a pic of the house that ADR took on her visit here. This is before I started landscape work. Fortunately, you can't really tell that some of the shrubs in the pic are dead or diseased. LOL

Ok we need a picture of Jack the mutant dog. That's a cute house. I just got done (for now) helping my friend re-do some of her house and it was a very big chore. It looks great though. Too bad you didn't have a camera that you could take progress photos with. What about a cell phone with a camera?

I'm intimidated by cell phone picture technology. I tried taking a picture with mine a few weeks ago and never could figure out how to send it. Got pissed and quit trying.
Jack's picture is in the pet thread. I don't really know how to link to it. I used to know how to do all sorts of things here. Went away for too long and didn't keep up with changes.

Oh I'll have to find that thread again. I take pictures sometime with my cell phone camera, they're not that good but it works in a pinch.

Swim, bike, run

Shorter endurance events - sprint triathlons, half marathons, century bike rides - very slowly

I did my first double century bike ride this summer, 204 miles (woohoo!)
