What do you do when frustrated?

I have a playlist of really aggresive songs on my puter. I put on the headphones, crank up the volume, hit play and write my ass off.

When I can...I go to the shooting range and shoot a box of ammo, or more, depending on my level of frustration. When I can't do that, I find something to do with my hands, occupying my brain and time in a constructive manner.

A far cry from what I used to do years ago...heh...but I won't go there.
