I collect Tarot Decks. My favorite is an out of print Luis Royo deck that I paid way too much for. It's very dark and the images are typically on the erotic side. My favorite for regular use is The Aquarian Tarot. The illustrations are in the Art Nouveau vein which is one of my favorite styles.

I collect books, and have a number of very old ones and some poetry first editions. I also collect old books on English grammar and style. I love jewelry, too, especially semi-precious stones and minerals, handworked metals.

I hadn't thought about it as a collection, but I suppose collect magnets - they're all over my refrigerator. I started when I'd go somewhere new - I'd pick up a magnet that reminded me of my trip in some way or another. And sometimes friends will pick up a new one for me when they've visited another country. They're small, inexpensive, easy to pack/carry, and I can almost always remember buying them so they're a lovely reminder of good times.

Other than that, apparently I'm just collecting clutter and dust bunnies.

Right on ecstaticsub! Yes, me too.... I wish I'd mentioned collecting friends, before collecting dust.....(feeling a bit lame, now....) I really do love my collection of friends (way more than dust)....besides my family, my collection of friends is really and truly my best collection.

Well, that and my shoes. Still an unintentional collection, though.

I love collecting, but I've recently stopped three collections. I used to collect keychains and shot glasses - the latter from everywhere I traveled, and keychains from anywhere I could get them. I collected bookmarks too. But I'm giving away and/or throwing out all of those collections.

My main collections right now are Cat's Meow Village pieces (from places I have been, not the "village" stuff) and books related to deafness, sign language, etc.

Oh, and desktop wallpaper! I used to have over 1200 burned to a CD but I lost it...now I only have 265. I use Wallpaper Master to change them every 15 minutes. Hmm, I should go hunt down some more!

OMG!!! iamawickedgirl, you collect unicorn stuff? So do I!! I've been collecting unicorn statues, figurines, stuffed animals, pictures, etc, since I was really young. Right now they are all in boxes in the garage, still not unpacked from our move 2 years ago (yikes, it's been that long?).

*is VERY jealous of BiBunny!!* *wants horses!* My other really big collection is horse pictures... I started collecting old Horse Illustrated magazines last year, and have cut them up and am making big collages on my walls of horse pictures. If I can't own a horse, at least I can be surrounded by pictures of them!

Oh, and books. Nancy Drew, mostly, I have over 200 Nancy Drew books, plus roughly 120 misc books.

When in grade school I used to collect world coins (well, mostly organizing my dad's coins), and stuffed animals and books.

When in college I collected empty beer bottles from all over Europe (made a point of being the one drinking the content). It was a pretty impressive collection! I even had a bottle (that I didn't drink) from the ex East-Germany, of which I had drank the West-Germany counterpart. Unfortunately I had to leave it behind when I moved here ... and I'm afraid my father threw away most of them ...
Also collected Mangas and Comics and those too have been left behind, stuffed in boxes.
And of course books.

Now, beside the usual dust, I decided to collect the Kanji KOKORO, possibly in painting. I have two painting (the modified pic in my sig line is the most valuable of the two), and a fridge magnet. And just because I love them and are much easier to buy: shoes and lingerie.
Books ... unfortunately not that much anymore.
