Seriously, "fapping" seems to be the most-used term among the cool kids but I've never heard of anyone throwing rocks at anyone who says jilling off or just simply masturbating.

I've used the term "wanking," but it never seemed quite right. "Fapping" isn't much better, in my opinion. Euphemistically, I call it "having a nap."
