We do something like that down here in Texas . . . sort of. They're called cascarones -- eggshells filled with confetti. They're doubly fun if you spray people down with a hose first, then smash them on their heads.

Macaroons!! Traditional Passover treat. Much easer than matzo to color-- just dye the shredded coconut pastel colors and shape 'em like eggs. Three holidays in one
