I learned that there is only so much I can handle without breaking, or breaking down
I learned that when you play with matches, sometimes you get burned and it hurts.
I learned that I have amazing friends willing to help me get through it.

Today (well, yesterday evening), I learned that people ALWAYS disappoint me. Not always right away, to be sure, but eventually they will.

I looked up a recipe for making fluffy biscuits and found that Southerners use White Lily or Southern Biscuit brand which are lower in gluten and are made out of softer wheat. Since we don't have the White Lily brand I am going to try it with cake flour and see how those turn out.
