I have always wanted to go where nudists are, beach-camp—wherever. Wife has no desire (for that or anything anymore). This past weekend, she was out of town so I gathered up the courage to go to a local “park” in Austin that is clothing optional. It’s called Hippy Hollow.

I got there and started down the trail, quickly removing only my shirt. Then after seeing several guys power walk past me in the buff, I took off my shorts. Then, I proceeded to walk the trails, buck naked except for shoes. As the first singles and couples passed, I was embarassed (I’m 67), but once I found them to be friendly, I met their glances with my own and made sure to say “good morning” to each. Walking past fully clothed younger women was tough, but they always smiled returned my “good morning”. They were on their way to a favorite spot to strip and enjoy the lake.

Overall, I’m at that age where I worry about how I look when I wear shorts and a tee shirt to the store. I can say that this trip gave me new confidence and I’ve been going everywhere with new confidence and a spring in my step…standing tall once again! I am really glad that I did this and will most certainly do it again!

I have enjoyed HH several times but the hot temps recently, and lower lake levels make me wonder at the moment. Aside from the scenery, was it physically inviting?

I was there starting at 10:30 so temps were fine. After hiking to both ends, I headed toward the “gay” area as more people wereover there. I dont want to get arrested, so I wasnt there to play. Sat in the shade on the rocks with about 10 other guys, most older but a few younger. Cock rings and viagra had more than half of them hard as rocks… after seeing this, I was too.

Walking back toward the parking lot sporting a semi brought looks, comments and conversations with men and women. Overall, a great day!
