Gently exercised my left shoulder. I finally realized I was overdoing my shoulder pt workout and it responded with either frozen shoulder or arthritis. My ROM decreased. Depressing. But it's better!

Been nude all morning, and now about to start my work day.

I wake up early and head over to a local park. I check to see if there are no park rangers around and walk in the nude hoping no one shows up. I walk up to one hour thru the park in the nude almost daily. Lucky for me no one else is up that early to catch me in the buff.

Normally I sleep in the nude, wake up and let my dogs outside and I'll sit and wake up and have some coffee out on the deck before going to shower or start the day. Sadly the weather is getting colder so I am still sleeping nude but slipping into some clothes before heading to the deck.

I bake in the nude only wearing the apron when i put the cupcakes in the oven ..... you only have to get burned one time to learn that lesson.
