Not even REMOTELY close. Despite Likud's excesses, Israel is still a democratic country - and they have already "conceded" that the Palestinians have a right to self-determination, even if the consensus on how to facilitate that isn't concrete as yet...

Of course, the actions of the Anarchist / extremist element(s) among the Palestinians doesn't bode well - "right of return" and "Death to all Jews" aren't exactly conciliatory talking points.
