Log into my submission page, check votes, ratings, make notes of any changes.
Skim the story list.
Skim the forum list.
Check the AH, then the GB, and then whatever interests me from there.
And half the time when it says I'm online, I'mnot here- I just leave the browser open.

I go to the main site from work (I have an office to myself, my boss works at home ). I open up a few stories and read them as fast as I can before speaking to my boss in the morning. If I get distracted I come back to them when I can.
From home, I log into the forums directly, check the Story Feedback section, and then come to the Authors Hangout and if either section has a topic I am intereted in, I read it. If I have a comment, I reply.
Yeah, that's about it.
Unless I have a new story posted. Then I check every five minutes for new feedback and see how it is rated

Then I read just about everything that happened since the last time I logged on.
I post stuff if I'm so inclined, which I usually am.
Once done that I go over to the New Stories and see if any interest me. Read them if I do.
When I'm done all this I go back to Abs, say good bye and head off to the real world.
In between waiting for pages to load I go to my submissions and see if there's any new votes or comments. I'll read old comments because it makes me feel good.
