I hear ya man. It's hard to find good managers. They do exist and I have been lucky enough to have had some. But lately I seem to be getting the worst. Blame others for your inadequacies... I just dont get it. Man/woman up and look in the mirror and see what you can do to fix issues instead of passing blame.

I'm really lucky in this respect. I honestly dont like the guys at the very top, but every one else in my company is really cool and reasonable. It still kinda has the feel of a startup but its very stable
