I can still recite the phone numbers of my high school posse - even though most of those landlines have been disconnected by now.

I use a spreadsheet for my passwords.

Everyone in my immediate family have used the same phone numbers for the past 20 years.... from landline into cell.


For emergency reasons, I keep my passswords in a fireproof lockbox in case I pass. That way my spouse has access to everything.

Sometimes I try to refresh and nothing happens except getting a page telling me that it can't be found. It's happened a lot lately...and I can be chatting with someone at the same time on another continent who isn't having any trouble at all.

That doesn't. But if I step away for a few minutes, I get logged out and have to log back in. Only with Chrome though. My phone and Explorer, doesn't happen.

I'm thinking that I'm sorry for having to tell someone that talking isn't really ... going to work out. Personalities too different, etc, and that I didn't want to ghost them.

Then being asked "what does ghosting mean?"
