I heard this recently, laying it on a broiling pan.

I had a bad experience with broiling once, so I'm hesitant to try it, but probably will at some point.

The way to go. Parchment paper on the tray, lay out the bacon and put it in the oven. Nearly foolproof.

I can understand not sharing your bacon, but what is cruel is filling the office up with the heavenly scent of bacon and then hoarding it all for yourself. If you’re gonna tease me, don’t do it with bacon.
