But if time is a singular, consistent entity the ramifications of time travel become truly horrific. Not only would it be pointless, as nothing from the subjective past can be changed, but it potentially annihilates the very concept of free will. The sheer act of travelling into the past necessitating the outcomes that form your subjective history to occur irrespective of personal choice.

Personally, I believe in multiverse theory, and the concept of a mutable, dynamic time stream. Because in a truly infinite universe, ANYTHING really is possible
