I got up thinking how happy I am that I’ve adapted so well to my new schedule. I feel like the position I held before this, for almost a year made the transition easier. I really didn’t realise how much that job was depressing me! I knew I was unhappy, I just didn’t realise it was contributing to my health problems and making me as unhappy as it was! That’s the positive thought, but on a less positive note, it made me smile and immediately made me think of someone I excitedly wanted to talk to - but can’t. Back to earth with a bump!
