What Are You Thinking? Continued 14

I'm wearing a body cream called Coco Cabana by Sol de Janeiro. The kids I babysit loved the scent of it. However, I feel bad because the girl really wanted to buy it, but the company discontinued it. Now, I feel bad because she was begging her mom to look on Ebay for it. Oops.

it isn’t assault. It is harassment and it’s constant. It’s affecting my work performance and I’ve had enough. Unfortunately, I believe what you’re saying about the two graves. But at this point I’m thinking that it might still be worth it. I have plenty of skills and I know I can find something else.
I hate that you, or anyone else, is subjected to this kind of thing, especially at work.

I have a fantastic VP of HR and she has been a great resource to everyone. So I would absolutely go to her with this or any other HR concern. I have also worked at places with terrible HR that I avoided at all costs. So I would try to be realistic and consider your general work culture and your principal, superintendent, and head of HR. Do you have good impressions of them? Good or neutral relationships with them? Have you seen them act unprofessionally or unfairly?

Trust your gut on this. Either you trust them (even though you don’t feel good about having to go to them) or you don’t. And if you don’t trust you can safely talk to them, then that’s probably a sign that it might be time to look for a better workplace.

Either way, keeping records including anyone who witnessed anything or that you have spoken to about this, is a good idea.
