Sadly, I was once informed by HR...when you file a complaint against someone at work, you dig two graves. One for them, and one for you. Which is hella fucked.
Now if it was assault, skip the hr shit, go to the cops. Report it.

it isn’t assault. It is harassment and it’s constant. It’s affecting my work performance and I’ve had enough. Unfortunately, I believe what you’re saying about the two graves. But at this point I’m thinking that it might still be worth it. I have plenty of skills and I know I can find something else.

If it’s that bad, even if you dig your own grave (which is total BS) it will be worth it. It will prove they don’t value you or what you bring to the table..therefore you’re better off truly being appreciated elsewhere.
