What Are You Thinking? Continued 14

I’m thinking of why I’m so fussy when it comes to guys who ask me out on dates, but then I find a reason to tell them no, and it’s generally because they have facial hair/long hair or they’re shorter than me. Maybe I’m destined to be single 🤷🏼‍♀️

I'm sorry, I can't stop laughing hysterically at this shit. Just when I thought that the arbitrary, artificial power hierarchy concept (which has been disproven over and over and over and over and over infinitum) couldn't get more insane and ridiculous- I give you the concept of the Sigma Male-for when your balls are too fragile to be merely a part of the pack.

I think your knowledge of life and ecocnomics wouldn't really be altered by a single course if you completed all the others. 3 college credits usually don't have a life altering impact. My university wanted my to take 3 general credits to fulfil my degree requirements. They said bowling would be acceptable. I don't discount my degree because I had to pass bowling. It was a life lesson in the necessity of checking the appropriate boxes, and the futility of trying to reason with some bureacracy. And I doubt that sticking out that one economics course would have taught you how to deal with a prostitute. You have a degree, honor that. Like they say, college is more than just classes.
Oh, you dear, earnest man. I got busy in college discovering my ability to instigate spontaneous orgies just by suggesting the possibility of such a thing happening, and creating a myth about my own sexuality. I learned useful things later--the desire to keep learning throughout your life is what's really important. And also the awareness to recognize silliness when you see it. The lingering issue I have with the fraudulent B I got in economics from the University of Virginia is that I narrowly missed Tina Fey being there. Network TV comedy might have been slightly more interesting if we'd hooked up first. Or not. It's just amusing to me to think about. :p

I should be flattered that the delivery driver wouldn't hand over my wine cos I didn't have my ID handy but I'm 43 ffs and opened the door still in my pyjamas with messy hair. I clearly do not look like I'm in my 20's anymore

Grief comes in waves. I've lost my little sister and have had someone I love take their life. It's impossible to wrap your mind around it but it's important to let the waves wash over, feel it, remember them and them remember you're still here and have a lot to add to the world on their behalf.
Exactly. There is no time table to this. And to AMD....there are a lot more than you think out there that understands what you are feeling.

I love people watching.
I went to the Asian grocery today. I could tell the serious shoppers from the anime fans going nuts over the snack isles. 😂
It was funny because I recall being the geeked out anime fan and trying to play it cool my fist visit. 😂😂😂

What snacks were they selling?

And this playoff series is gonna be fun one to watch.

@Animaul Got some strawberry pudding, squid Lay’s, strawberry marshmallows for snacks.
I also buy my lamb, seasonings and spices there. 😁
Tons of different kinds of noodles to pick from. Oh, and I got a nifty rice washer. I lost my old one.
