This is actually kinda cool. 400g is a 14 oz meatball. Now, we are a long way from a product suitable for human ingestion...but given 1/3 of greenhouse gases can be attributed to ruminants...and to be honest...cattle are extremely inefficient the way we presently raise them and the cost of the final product is prohibitive for most of the World...this can be doable in 20 years easily. All about taste.
