I am not a micro-manager, so it drives me nuts when my workers feel the need to tell me everything they're doing.

me: "I didn't need to be told, but ok."
worker: "Well I really need to use the bathroom."
me: "Ok, however you use your break time is up to you. And you don't even have to take your 15 to use the restroom."
worker: "I'm in the bathroom, I think I might brush my teeth too."
me: "Ok."
worker: "I've got five minutes left so I think I might take a mini nap."
me: "Thanks for interrupting me four times now with unnecessary information. Are you bored or something?"
(this didn't happen, but it's what it feels like)

There shouldn't be a limit on cry days. Take as many as you need.

3 drops (yes drops) Dawn dish soap

Use rubber gloves
Use a window washing scrubbie (the kind you buy at an auto store on a stick)
Buy a real squeegee...not the one on the back of the washing scrubbie
