Ok, great!

When you're in the PM, scroll to the top and you'll see a "Leave" button. Once you click on that, you can click on, "Ignore future messages" and that will make it so that you won't receive PMs from that person, but that only goes for that conversation (I think). Unless you have your PMs turned off or have it set to those you are following, anyone can start a new conversation with you if they're not on your ignore list.

I had seen this but thought that it deleted the messages from before (not that I want them-if I’m going to leave with no future messages they won’t be missed lol).
I thought that what was suggested would keep the older message. Maybe that is too much like having your cake and eating it too lol

I think it’s been awhile since I’ve been here on the Playground. A lot has happened and is still happening. The hubby spent some time in the hospital with a health condition which was terrifying.
This week, I had my very first mammogram because I’m getting old and the doct said I had to. Well… I got the results and they’ve found a mass in my right breast. I saw my doctor today and she was able to feel it and told me there are some smaller ones there as well. So, next Thursday I get to go to a bigger hospital in Des Moines for another mammogram and an ultrasound. I’m trying to stay positive but with my cancer history - I’m scared to death! I’ve cried a lot of tears since Tuesday.

Thanks to you both. The only way through is through.

I cannot stress enough to make sure the women in your lives and the women here get checked. Do the genetic testing. Get the mammos as soon as you’re able.
