I mean, actually…

Maybe it’s more of a coping mechanism to handle the objectification and scrutiny my body has been under for the last two decades. It’s much easier to just baseline accept that most men are interested in my ass, not my dazzling personality and knit socks.

Everything I put here, I want here. It’s my choice to sexualize myself with a photo or explicit post. That said, If I want to post about my hobbies or a dumb voice note question, the attention I get it - well, I know it’s mostly still because of my ass.

Now, how you got to the socks. There's a good conversation in there. What brought you to knitting as a hobby? Were you always pretty good at it, or was there a learning curve?

Do you have knitting friends? Do you just knit together and shoot the shit, or are there like process discussions? Are tips and/or tricks exchanged? Is there a standard for mastery that everybody is shooting for, or this is casual exercise? Does anybody have awards?

I don't even care about knitting. Nerding though, that I find fascinating. What makes you nerd out, how you found it and why you love it. Who cares about the topic in the end, the passion and joy of the thing for somebody are just fun to see.

As a bald guy I've come to realize how for many of us wearing a hat isn't a matter of insecurity. It's more a necessity to protect the integrity of our chrome domes from the elements and things like low hanging branches.

Why does the electric company insist on sending me an email every month to tell me how my electric usage compares with my neighbors?

Are there people out there who really look at this and decide to use less electricity the next month because their neighbor, Bob, is using less?

I'll be honest, here. That one time my batteries died in the middle of things caused me to buy an electric one. F*ck Bob.
