I made it! Got through what I needed to get through and am out the other side. Everyone involved was a goddamn saint, I feel like I owe them a ton.

But the biggest help was Jasper, the emotional support dog. Big shaggy rolled up and pulled me through my panic attack like a champ. Love that doggo!
