Saunas are great!!
I am often freezing, and warm showers did not really do it for me, electric heating blankets are nice.. but nothing beats the feeling of being thoroughly warm and sweating in a hot sauna.

I absolutely love them but it would prove difficult getting one added to my home, So I figured at least for a post workout / when I want solution I could go with one of those put up yourselves one.

They do look interesting.. but also big, and demands a fair bit of cleaning..

What about a sauna blanket? Kinda like a sleeping bag, but a sauna.

But, winter is cold!! I really do love winter, definitely! But I also wear thermal long johns under my trousers and thermal skiing underwear all the time.

A sauna is healthy, it is beneficial after a workout to speed up the restitution. It is relaxing in the winter when you feel cold into your bones.
And just after a long day, and you want to melt for a moment, before taking a cold shower.

It is kinda like a special layer, that you can add or remove as you want.

I used to have an infrared, and yeah - that was really good! (But I wanted a bigger outside one, so sold it.)
