As someone from the northeast…I feel that

I've been through a lot in my life. Those who have known me for years have seen it. But this time..

They cracked open my chest and cut into my arm and leg, took veins to attach surgically to my heart. Needles and wires, all sorts of leads.

They stopped my heart and put me on life support for a while. I got though it. I'm getting through it, but my body is beat to hell worse than it ever has been. I'm not sure I have it in me to go through any more or anything else. Isn't dying enough finally, for me to have some peace?

Soooo, not gonna do the Iron man competition this year?
