Is that a daily average based on annual figures, or an estimate for today, specifically, taking factors like it being spring(+), it being a Saturday(+), it being Lent(-), it being the Saturday before Easter and therefore part of spring break in a significant amount of school districts (+ for college students, but an even bigger - for parents of pre-K-12th grade students), it being Passover(-), which sportsball teams are playing(+/- depending on population of city that wins), etc?

The algorithm is very well worked out.
You missed a few factors like ages and menstrual cycle and 5 billion people not bothered about Easter or spring break.....

It is all about regularity when you get to a certain age. All nighters from boozing or playing video games take a week to recover from.
