Shhh…I didn’t actually make those pizza rolls, they’re just PLP bait 🤫 I had semi-emergency minor-ish surgery recently and absolutely cannot eat such things myself for at least a week and a half. Would make if she was here and that was what she wanted though 🤭

This reminds me of a long story about hot dogs.

But that’s how Buffalo Wild Wings came about as I understand it. Two guys from buffalo, NY were craving wings and nobody in town they moved to had them.

So their options were … road trip to Buffalo, NY or start a restaurant.

Can we expect a Chilly’s restaurant to open anytime soon?

It’s funny you say that. My best friend wants me to start some kind of event services…you know weddings, birthdays, etc. I could cater or just do some specialty things.

For her wedding I made 200 Chinese take out containers full of homemade fortune cookies (chocolate orange flavored) and for my wedding I did a dessert table with 13 different cheesecakes. I did cups full of homemade cracked jack’s for another friend’s baseball themed wedding.

She says she’d do all my marketing and web stuff and help but it’s a ton of work!

So glad this week is over…it started out great and with great weather and as the week went on it just got uglier and colder. Hoping to go back to some warmth next week…
