What Are You Thinking? Continued 14

I randomly noticed on Google Maps a mountain peak named Mollys Nipples and with the help of Wikipedia, I've learned...

"Mollie's Nipple or Molly's Nipple is the name given to as many as seven peaks, at least one butte, at least one well, and some other geological features in Utah."

Utah, y'all never cease to amaze me!

Our home was our love
that we built from the ground,
with the unexpected bricks
and mortar we found.

We toiled and we sweated,
side by side, row by row,
smiling and laughing
as we watched our home grow.

And when it was solid,
we gazed up in wonder.
Then went to our bed
and listened to the thunder.

But there was a hole in the roof,
a drip from the ceiling,
just the slightest defect
in the love we were feeling.

My love asked me to fix it,
and I promised I would.
"But not tonight, honey."
Tomorrow I should.

But tomorrows came and went,
each a promise unceasing,
as the leak became bigger,
the damage gradually increasing.

Eventually the roof collapsed,
our home then a disaster.
And my love finally left me.
I'm wondering what comes after.

I long for the days...
I had true love! For a while...
If only early I had repaired
just that one single tile.
Just noticed the reactions to my little poem. And I want to be clear I wasn't speaking about a current situation for me. The beginnings of it just popped into my head while I was dozing off last night, thought it was good enough to make some notes and flesh it out today. So... thanks to all for your concern. I just thought it was a good poem.

Well enjoyment maybe but leave a lot to be wanted like a sequal
if you enjoyed bullet train, i have always described it as a combination of snatch, kill bill and oceans 11 (the remake)...in case havent seen any of those...also lock stock and two smoking barrels.

If you want to talk movies we can … if that’s what you want to talk about lol I have no problem. But nothing is better than classics
haha, im just teasing. i enjoy a very wide range of movies, including a lot of the classics on the top 100 list. everyone has their own tastes. i was just trying to remember what i enjoyed about bullet train and it was the combination of so many elements from the other movies i mentioned.

You on u have a favorite classic or classic actor?
my favorite old move is probably sgt york with gary cooper and joan leslie...just a good story and joan leslie as gracie williams has always been a role i loved. i find the character to be so smart, strong, and upfront which i know wasnt the norm at the time. how about yourself?
