Thinking...how do chefs in a pro kitchen keep the order in the metal like queue. I see them push it up and it sticks there.
 
So here’s the rundown, yesterday I had one of the best days in a while. And no nothing out of the ordinary happened. It was a regular work day but everything just clicked. It was a day of laughs, and sharing food and great productivity. Heck even my dress and lipstick kinda rocked. I did had a Christmas party post work which was more good food, games and laughs. And the most absurd Christmas trivia (yes I guessed the Japanese fav fast food during this season correctly!). Since I had such a great day, I held onto it today and the manifestation led it to be a good one. I’m coming to the conclusion that as I age (cough) that things don’t need to be phenomenal or extraordinary to make it a great day. Sometimes all you need is good people to make it a better day.

I can literally see the time of the last post of threads, so when I know nothing has been posted for 20-30 minutes, how is it others are posting exactly when I am?!
Posted within less than a minute of me, so exactly the same time that their post only appears on the screen when mine does.
Plus in the thread games on top of that when the post timing might actually matter.

Maybe it’s an elaborate ploy by the companies tracking you, so you get pissed off and look for candy swords? 😂

For example, I post as who I am, *but* I never post about my family or my life challenges in more personal terms because that's not what I'm here for. This said, my closest friends here knows exactly the kind of life I lead behind the thread scenes. Just because we get to select what is seen and what isn't, doesn't invalidate the rest.

Someone once told me on here that they thought who I was here was the same as the person outside of Lit. And while that was a good thing, it wasn't always a safe thing.

Today was a good day. I want a lot more days like today. When it takes no effort to smile, when I can sing along, when I dance, when I laugh at dropping something instead of berating myself, when I feel as though I can actually move through this world with some sort of presence. Ahhh lovely serotonin, if only you were my consistent companion

im trying to think of exactly what that smell would be...old leather and linen? libraries were always so calming to me.
