Yes. When I still lived in MN, I felt like one can always put more clothes on to be comfortable. But as a (getting) old pasty-skinned guy, there’s only so many clothes I can take off before I’m enjoying the AC in jail.
 
Maybe it's because I'm so far north... But cold... It gets into your bones. No calisthenics, no heated blankets, hot showers, or cozy fires ever really removes the cold. It's bone deep. Is it the same for that wild heat?

For me, it takes away the motivation to do anything. Just find a shady spot and sit down and drink and sweat and pant like a dog and wait for the sun to get low again.

Sounds polar similar...hunker down in the warmest place you can find, curl up in a ball with as much stuff as you can burn and hope the sun shines soon

I don’t know any way around this than not wearing underwear. I hadn’t worn a pair of underwear since the seventh grade. This summer, I tried wearing them again. Gross. Schweaty business feels so yucky.

The first time I went to a festival and wore a kilt on a hot day I was like, “Omg this feels magical!”
