Finally being brave and proactive and heading to the gym for the first time in years on Tuesday and all I can think about is what if some influencer twat secretly records my epic arse in motion and makes a horrible tiktok
all gyms should outlaw recording of any kind...do that shit in your own private gym...there is a lifting influencer on X that comments on videos and outrage all the time...these people actually think youre ruining their video by walking by and think youre "looking at them"...they can fuck all the way off. you do you and get your results!

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!🌟Getting to the gym is the first step 🏋️‍♀️....F--- what anyone else thinks, do it for you...... the results will amaze you in many different ways:)

My big motivation to go back to the gym last year was my mobility ...knees complaining mostly but over all feeling creaky....and it has worked:) I do 5 miles a day on bike/treadmill 🚴‍♂️now and back issues caused by excessive LIT abuse have gone away....you will get results I promise....just stick with it....👍
