This is my worst nightmare. I'm not IT, I have no clue why that is doing stupid things. My son used to handle those things for his grandparents, but....noooooo, he had to grow up and leave home...ungrateful!

I'm the IT guy. I also manage the DNS services for my sister's website, heh. Mom is about 30 miles away, and she is the only one I do house calls for. I am her favorite!
