What a day yesterday. I was already dealing with a very recent death in my family and then I heard the news about our friend. Then someone uncareful with his words for some reason chose me as a target and threw some weird rant in my direction which threw me into a full on panic attack. Instead of being able to mourn and reflect and be among friends in a healthy and safe space I got that.

Guys, be kind, don't be awful, be careful with your words towards others. You don't know what people are going through. Don't gaslight others with stupid shit like "you're so sensitive" like they're the problem. Show empathy. If you can't show empathy, work on yourself and learn how to. Be kind, because you don't know what others are feeling.

Second of all, I completely agree with being kind as you truly do t know what the person behind the screen is going through. I’m kind to all until they show me they cannot return that or they push and push and spur me out of my comfort zone, they will see a different me that not many of my close friends have seen. There are some people here I’ve encountered that took advantage of my kindness and I’ve either told them to fuck off or just stopped talking to them.
