It's kind of ridiculous how much I have. Blacks, greens, whites, oolongs, herbals, roobios, flavored versions of all of them.. couple cast iron pots.. if I don't have something you like, then you have incredibly particular tastes.

Oh! I do so love Oolong tea...it's my favy ^_^ I make it at home myself :)

You do have quite the selection! I have one cast iron pot, which I love and I have a pretty ceramic one.

I can relate with the mind going non-stop. I have a lot of ideas moving through my head and sometimes the words just become jumbled and I have a hard time focusing. The mess will organize eventually. It also doesn't help that work has been chaotic.

I've not been sleeping a lot lately, and when I do it's at weird and random hours, and I think it's all just taken a toll on my brain. But hopefully in a day or so I'll be back to normal.

Although that doesn't necessarily mean my brain will calm down.

Good quality oolongs can get crazy expensive, too. I've got a couple of fairly expensive ones, but I'm not huge into oolong, so that's probably the most limited selection of all of them.

Thats the greatest thing I've ever heard. I would die happy, knowing I helped do something like land on the moon. (Im the kind of nerd that chokes up a little bit when they think about stuff like that.) Truly a shining example, considering all the douchebagey political crap that even an outsider can see.

Its too bad he had such a bad time, though. That makes me sad.

Buttons?! *pupils dilate slowly, eyes various interesting, glass encased, red buttons*
Its ok. I get choked up over a few things and things of that import are rather high on that list.

I dont think he had a bad time of it. I think he's still lording the fact that he wasnt allowed to talk about his involvment so he kind of still doesnt. He's an arrogant prick. In all actuality, I think Disney kissed his ass and Nasa just expected him to do his job.

ETA: YES those buttons. lots.. some for lights some for ventilation... and one that will suck your damned cloths off... I think he might be a very smart pervert.
I have, easily, 40+ varieties. What's your drink of choice?
-pouts- I have to restrict how much tea I drink so I usually just avoid real tea and opt for herbals. Sticking with the mint, citrus..... goodness the options are lots and lots. I think i'm going to go snip some vanilla bean and mint..... -grins-
Johnny Depp is even hot as a cartoon lol The man oozes appeal :)

If thin men did anything for me i'd hunt him down and fuck him stupid.
but alas Ive only known 2 in my life that made me even look twice.

Have you tried Rooibos? If you can find red rooibos, it can give you a good, darker flavor if that's what you like. Green rooibos is good if you want something a little lighter. It's not tea, and it's not going to taste a lot like tea, but it's not terribly far off, either. Passable, anyway.

If it's the caffeine you have to be careful of, you can actually get most of it out pretty easily if you're working with loose leaf tea.

No.. idea what that is.... but might try it as its not actually tea.

Caffeine i'm fine with. I avoid tannins. which sadly eliminates most "tea" and my favorite gravy made from Merlot.

Ah, yeah.

I know it's not very strong, but have you tried white tea? Much lower in tannins than something like black. I add milk to my black to cut down on them, but of course it doesn't get rid of them, so..

But yeah, give rooibos (roy-bow-s) a try. It's basically a bush grown in South Africa, lots of antioxidants and such if that's something you consider. Supposed to be good at helping with allergies, but I'm skeptical of a lot of those claims.

If you like vanilla, give this a try. $2 for a sample size of it is pretty good.

I'll have to look into that. The site you sent that is.

I dont drink tea or anything else for effect on a daily basis (like antioxidants and whatnot). I drink and eat to live. Being limited on lots of things I enjoy the hell out of what I can. Only time I drink a tea for an effect is in the case of congestion and consuming mint tea to help.

I just happen to like lots of herbals because it offers me alternatives to water and soda (that I dont drink).

I don't remember if I mentioned it or not, but Rooibos is caffeine free, so you can drink it whenever and don't have to worry about it keeping you up or anything.

But yeah, I'm with you on not drinking it for effect. For the most part, it's just cause it's good. And better for me than soda or whatever.

Drinking good stuff, though, does make me wonder how the hell I tolerated the low quality stuff growing up. There's such a difference, it's amazing.

Growing up you really didnt have a choice!

-sniffs mug and sighs happy-

Cheers.

Contemplating ways to put off going straight into work.
"I'll get office coffee, be in late!" "I'm too distraught over the Olympic Uniforms." "I just don't WANT to."
