You should consider the possibility that this so-called "chemistry" is actually just true, platonic friendship. Is her behavior a result of the fact that she doesn't perceive you as an emotional threat because you're NOT a potential suitor? If you value the friendship, you need to understand and accept the real probability that this will cause irreparable damage to your friendship if you pursue her. If she's interested in you that way, she'll let you know.
