Stumble slightly.
Take wild swing at punching bag, fist glancing off the surface.
Walk to fridge and take out beer.
Run up stairs and sidestep wall Jason-Robinson style cause it seems amusing.
Slump back into chair.
Turn on DVD again and pour beer.
