Yep, I have good friends who have been doing fundamental research on the flu for their entire lives....to eradicate it or at least come up with better vaccines.

On average, 35,000 to 45,000 folks die every year from the flu.

And we learned something awesome last year, masks and social distance will nearly eradicate it.
