I was wondering, what level of communication are you having with her now. I know you said you guys were still gonna be friends, but have you talked again yet?

If not, mabey, just mabey this could all be fixed if when you do talk, don't neglect to tell her exactly what you have been thinking about. I know we all can fumble for words in uncomfortable situations, so don't let it become uncomfortable by silence or small talk.

If you spend part of this time thinking about what needs to be said, you'll show her you've thought about it with sincere detail, and what woman can't forgive a man who has put out an effort like that. If you have a real problem, and it's the root of why you're not together now, figure out what you're going to do about it and tell her about your resolution, if you think you can do it. I do!!!!!!!!! Herblady420, we haven't had a chance to talk again since the break up. For those who don't know, this was an online relationship with someone I had met here at Lit. Part of the problems was that her college time was giving her little to no time to talk on the net during the week. Perhaps when we talk again, things can work out better if we talk some more about what was going wrong in the relationship? I'd like to think so since, one thing I don't doubt at all, is that we both do care about each other.

Renegade, you should talk to her. I was involved with an on-line friend for a while and we wound up having a huge argument. I cried for days. It took a while, but we started talking, and now we're friends....much better friends than we were before.

But...I'm not saying that the "love" thing wont work out. I have seen it happen. Both my cousin and my best friend are happily married to people they met on the internet. If you love her as much as I think you do, talk to her. Don't give up.
