Has anyone had the experience of losing their sex drive for a few years and then having to come back without warning? I have no idea what I did to Kickstart mine but it's quite a jarring change from never wanting it to wanting to a few times a week at least. I'm not complaining, but it does require a bit of adjustment! Particularly for my SO, who has gotten used to taking care of business on his own, and now is a little surprised - and pleased, but surprised - to find me up for fun naked times again!

If you ever figure out what caused it, let me know.
My SO needs some of that...LOL

I honestly think it's purely hormones - if the lack of drive bothers your SO, have her ask her ladybits doctor for a hormone panel next time she goes for her annual, sometimes that can shed light. I've also heard that salmon and avocado help, as they have lots of good fats and omega 3s. Also, treating her (assuming it's a her!) really gently and romantically can sometimes help too.

I was being a little tongue in cheek. We are both 62 so I'm sure its hormones.
It doesn't bother her, it bothers ME !! LOL
Salmon and avocados sounds good, she likes both of them.

I thought mine died from disuse during my marriage, but it, er, came roaring back :)

I'm 58, wife is 55, and I'm in the same boat as you. I think I'll look for a restuarant with a good grilled salmon and guacamole dish.

She said she was bored with sex when she was 40. I'm the kind of guy that always tries to make it interesting. Recently we had a discussion and she agreed to sex once in a while. But she doesn't want anything kinky...and I'm a perv. But I'll take what I can get.
