Keep the arm elevated... and give it as much rest as possible. If you don't it will aggravate the healing process... no stroking the wookie... ... at least with that arm...

Yeah thats a good plan Wolf.. I keep forgetting not to use that arm though and start touchtyping.. which I can feel QUITE CLEARLY. Work tomorrow is going to be hell. ahh well, I'll see if the boss has other things for me to do.

Heard that TLC chick died. No offense to their fans but I heard that and went "Who the hell are they??" there's so many one hit wonders out there. What about Aliyah? I cant remember what she sang, and even being respectful to the dead, she couldn't act for peanuts. You seen Queen of the Dammed? The woman can't even WALK properly. Trying to do that sexy black woman trademark hip-swing but she was uncoordinated and her hips, legs and shoulders, not to mention her arm movements were jerky and contrived. She shoulda stuck to singing. or whatever she did before singing.
