Weird random shit

Thank you Chief! Can I get an upgrade from a shoe phone to a bra phone now? :p

Would there be enough room in the bra for a phone, even one of the mini-flipfone types?

In my bra, yeah. Sadly, there's not much there.
But I'm sure that whatever is there, are very very nice indeed!

I sneeze in the sun too, and somehow any song stuck in my head also suddenly appears somewhere (on TV, or the radio, or through random luck in a playlist).

As for itchy noses, I always heard that if your nose itches, it means that someone wants to kiss you.

TS you just made my day! I thought I was the only person that happened to. It's nice to know I am not quite as weird as I thought. Usually I only sneeze once or twice right as I walk out into the sunlight (always from a building though, shade doesn't count for some reason) and then I'm good til I leave another building.

my husband sneezes in the sun, said "doesn't that always happen to you, too?" and I told him he was crazy. Cool, live n' learn, he's vindicated now.
You people are WEIRD! I've never heard of such a thing. Is it a sickness with a name or is it so weird they haven't even named it?

Speaking of weird, but maybe not...after reading the above...
I have a sister who's now close to 60 years old. She has never had heartburn in her life and has no idea what it feels like. Something else that makes that even more weird...her favorite place to eat is Taco Bell!

Believe it......or not!

I don't believe it. I think she's just messin' with you in a sibling sort of way. I mean, I have one brother whom I'd bug in a similar manner.

Post bizarre and inexplicable occurrences and hope that SOMEONE has a semi-plausible rationale!

Mine #1: why is it that out of the 500+ songs in this playlist, the one it started on (totally random selection, no preference for order) is the one that I had in my head at the time? This happens so fucking often, I'm not even kidding. A song I've had going around and around in my head (usually because of random word association) but haven't heard in 6 years, suddenly comes on the radio. Unfuckinbelievable.

#2: Why is yawning contagious? I just typed it and I'm yawning. Whazzafuck?
Maybe not quite as weird, but I will watch some TV shows that I normally won't watch, sometimes. There are no real reasons I do this, but I find it very strange that when I do it, it will almost always be a rerun, even though I don't normally watch the show. So, if I've watched the show a couple of times, that same show will be the one I've seen...twice.

This has happened quite a few times. I wouldn't say it ALWAYS happens, but it happens more times than I'd like it to. I sometimes feel like I'm on Candid Camera or something and there are people snickering at me behind the curtains.

I do that to. I've seen CSI Miami like 3 times, and it's always been the episode where the drug guy in the boat shoots at a party and the only witness is this little tiny kid who's mum gets killed.

Anybody notice when driving under streetlights at night that they make them turn off? It happens to me a lot. Mostly in the summer months, but I can be driving down the road and I'll go under a street light, then BAM, it will go out. Someitimes I'll have that happen to two or three on one street and sometimes it will be one, then later another one, then maybe two an hour later.

They come back on, as soon as I go past. It does take them a little time to fully come on, though.

The problem is...the photocell that turns them on and off is on TOP of the light, so it doesn't seem likely that my bright personality is doing this.

And it isn't the color of my car, either. I now have a white car, but this has been happening for years. One time, I had a black car, which did it just as much as this white one.

In the words of the late great Johnny Carson..."that's weird stuff, man."

No, I don't think so. She isn't the type to mess with us, and in fact she's messing with everybody, because we often talk about it. Another sister and I wonder if she just doesn't know how it feels or something, but heartburn isn't something you can mistaken for something else, you know?

Now, on a side note...this sister does seem to fart more than other people. Could it be related, do you think?

I'm not poking fun at your sister, but if all of her issues go down instead of up, it could be. I rarely get gas and heartburn... Usually one or the other.

LOL, poke all the fun you want. She's not listening. :D

But, I agree, and that's true. You either have it one way or the other, but not both. If she never has it one way, the other would obviously be um...moreso.

more weird random shit...

I often find myself staring at you AV looking for the smile.

Strangely enough, I have noticed spicy food doesn't cause me heartburn. GREASY food does.

Proves we're all different, huh? I only get it when I eat certain kinds of spicy foods. I'm sure it's only an ingrediiant, but wouldn't know what that would be. Greasy food isn't the probloem, with me.

OK, now that's weird. But then, I guess that's why you posted it here, right?

You know, that IS weird. :)

Now, tell the truth...does he smile at you? It's becoming an urban legend that he does. :D

I'm thinking we could start a book with the info in this thread. The title?

...and you thought YOU were weird? :D
