I've never had to ask for your advice, and hopefully, knock on wood, I won't have to, but I read the computer question threads and you are always giving excellant replies, very thoughtful and easy to understand to us computer illiterate dorks. You are a lifesaver to many people here and I don't know if anyone has ever told you how appreciative we all are for your services. Keep up the good work. I'm sure you've saved many people many dollars and frustrations.
